Justin has been in the construction industry since 2000 and earned his Residential Contractor’s License in 2003. In 2017, he founded Little Coconut Homes (DBA Little Coconut Builders) with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.

Justin believes that every successful project starts with a strong foundation - whether building a home or a pool.

His philosophy is simple: when you start correctly from the beginning, everything else falls into place.

Custom pools begin at $100,000, signature projects from $120,000+, and complete estates from $150,000+. Because every design is one of a kind, the final number depends on scale, materials, features, engineering, and customization — you receive a detailed proposal after your consultation.
02How long will my project take?+
Design usually runs 2–4 weeks, permitting 4–8 weeks depending on your municipality, and construction 12–16 weeks. You get a realistic schedule up front and updates at every milestone.
03Do you build more than pools?+
Yes — we design and build complete outdoor living environments: pools and spas, travertine and paver decks, outdoor kitchens, pergolas, fire features, and landscape lighting.
04Who handles permits and approvals?+
We do. Permits, engineering, and planning are coordinated end to end by our team, so the paperwork never lands on your desk.
05Is financing available?+
Yes — we partner with specialized lenders including PoolLoan.net, HFS Financial, and Lyon Financial to offer flexible payment options for qualified homeowners.
06Who manages the build?+
One team, first call to final walkthrough. A dedicated Little Coconut project manager is your single point of contact, coordinating every trade from groundbreaking to handover.
07What does the design process look like?+
It starts with discovery: we get to know your property, your family, and how you want to live outdoors. From there we draw an original concept for your architecture — and you walk through the full space in 3D before construction begins.
08Which areas do you serve?+
We build throughout Sarasota and the Gulf Coast — including Sarasota, Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis, Venice, Bradenton, and surrounding communities.
