Heather Avant is the President and Owner, bringing a strong background in construction and years of hands-on industry experience. Alongside Justin Suggs, she helped build Little Coconut Builders with a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction.

Heather is known for her attention to detail, eye for design, and dedication to creating an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the project. Her passion for communication, organization, and personalized service helps ensure each client feels supported from concept to completion.

Justin has been in the construction industry since 2000 and earned his Residential Contractor’s License in 2003. In 2017, he founded Little Coconut Homes (DBA Little Coconut Builders) with a commitment to honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship.

Justin believes that every successful project starts with a strong foundation - whether building a home or a pool. His philosophy is simple: when you start correctly from the beginning, everything else falls into place.

Dave brings over 18 years of experience in the pool industry, and for the past 9 years exclusively in Florida. Within that time he has constructed both commercial and residential pools.

His extensive hands-on knowledge, industry experience, and commitment to quality make him an essential part of ensuring projects are built with precision from the ground up.
