You'll approve physical samples of every surface before ordering, and see them applied in the 3D model so there are no surprises on install day.

Do I choose from a catalog?
You choose from curated options we bring to you — selected for your design, your architecture, and Florida’s climate.

What if I change my mind?
Selections lock only when you approve the final palette. Until then, swaps are part of the process.

When do materials get ordered?
Only after your sign-off on the full palette — which is also when your price is locked, so the budget holds.
